Our rugged plastic cards are 3.5" x 7", silk-screened on 2 sides. They are a great tool to use in outreach education venues, presentations, and health fairs. They have been collaboratively designed with the help of non-profit organizations around the U.S. who serve the visually impaired and blind. This common-use item is sold on a CO-OP basis periodically during the year so that we can offer the very best price to all non-profit organizations and government agencies. Keep in mind, each organization's imprint will be placed on the back of the Simulator card.
PINK in the ovals in the examples below indicates what is clear or transparent on the Simulators. By looking through these ovals, the viewer is given an opportunity to better understand the impairment that results from the stated condition.

PRICE INCLUDES
1) Your custom imprint in white on the side that shows the "ASMS" imprint; you may use all of the black areas for whatever you wish, including your logo, wording, etc. 2) Black imprint for the background is the best color; you may select any other factory-standard DARK color for the background color. PMS color match is extra. 3) Email proof and graphic layout services - created from your logo provided in acceptable electronic format and your wording in a WORD file.
OTHER CHARGES
1) S&H - F.O.B. FL 2) SETUP for silk screen: $40 for first order; $20 on reorders within 24 months of original order for exact repeat of imprint 3) ARTWORK PREPARATION: (optional) to create your logo in the format our supplier requires - vector graphic with all curves converted to outline/paths. Some examples of acceptable formats: EPS or AI (Adobe Illustrator V10 or lower).
